In the historic center of Lucca, on Via degli Asili, you'll find "La Naiade," a newly renovated one-bedroom apartment that blends the charm of Lucca’s ancient walls with modern comfort. Its name recalls the water nymph: just steps away, in Piazza della Misericordia, one of the city’s historic fountains still tells silent stories among stone and shimmering water. Every stay here becomes an intimate, authentic experience, immersed in Lucca’s timeless beauty. La Naiade is a cozy ground-floor apartment, recently refurbished to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of the city. The atmosphere is warm and carefully detailed, with well-organized spaces that make the environment both functional and harmonious. Located in a pedestrian area, you can fully enjoy the historic center, wandering through charming streets and lively squares steeped in history. A crib and high chair for infants are available on request. Pets are welcome—up to two—so they can also share in your special stay. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Self check-in offers maximum flexibility, letting you arrive independently and at any time. The apartment sits in the heart of the historic center, in a pedestrian zone, making the atmosphere especially peaceful and unique. The nearest parking is about a 10-minute walk away. Staying at La Naiade means fully immersing yourselves in the magic of Lucca, among the quiet alleys, the gentle sound of the nearby fountain, and the aroma of traditional cuisine from historic neighborhood trattorias. Temporary permits for the ZTL are not available, so you cannot drive up to the apartment.

In the heart of Lucca’s historic center, on Via Michele Rosi, Chica’s Lucca Luxury Loft occupies the top floor of a historic building. The location is central yet quiet: the street is peaceful, with no restaurants or noisy businesses below, while being just steps from Via Fillungo and the picturesque Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. This loft is about 200 sqm over two levels, offering spacious, well-designed interiors. The generous living area is the heart of the home. The property features air conditioning with split units in every room and central heating with radiators throughout. Each room has its own thermostat, allowing you to adjust the temperature individually during winter. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Check-in is in person, with an agreed arrival time. Check-in between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm is included; after 8:00 pm, check-in is available for an extra fee. The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building. The staircase is wide, and although there are several flights, the stairs are more comfortable than many in the old town. The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). You cannot reach the building by car, even to unload luggage, and temporary access permits are not available. If needed, you can arrive by taxi. The nearest parking is Parcheggio Mazzini. Additional street parking is available near Porta Santa Maria and Porta San Jacopo, both just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
